    Hi All

When I was a young thing, my best friend at school was an Indian girl who (lucky for me) invited me home to share lunch with her family... We enjoyed authentic flavourful curries eaten with naan bread to soak up the delicious gravy (no forks and knives). My Dad (who was a great curry lover) was quite jealous.

After using this recipe (also by Vahchef), it brought back the memories of that amazing aroma. The recipe is for Makhani curry... also made with onions, tomato. Link is below.... this is incredibly hot so.. cut down on the dried red chillies if you like... I have frozen the curry sauce into an ice cube tray ... only need a couple of the cubes added to meat/veggies add a little coconut cream, peanut butter for satay or many other variations.... sooo delish...

I followed the recipe exactly, except for the green chillis and final addition of kasoori Methi (fenugreek leaf powder). Still tasted and smelled amazing...

I cooked mine in an electric pressure cooker.... best purchase ever...
