Oh dear. I need some advice, please. I put chicken frames and a few chicken wings in pc and steamed same for perhaps 3 hours. It was reluctant to open so left it to cool off completely overnight. Next morning the lid still would not budge and in my efforts, I managed to pull the knob off the lid. So I have the knob and screw which held it, a pc full of stock, and a heavy pan full of stock and bones unreachable. The hard rubbish men have just called and removed the nature strip rubbish although they may not have taken this suspiciously heavy item anyway. HELP!!!
