Thanks but the pressure top has been removed. It is stone cold now. Now that the knob of the lid is wrecked, I haven't anything to grab in order to remove the lid. I am going to take it to a local shop which has helped me in the past, because they are males and I am just a woman. lol
Have I made stock this way before in the same pc? Yes, plenty of times to feel confident. Maybe the cold kitchen may have upset the balance......
