Regardless, McGuire does seem to have a lot of detractors. I guess that's mostly because of his close association with Collingwood? Not sure if it's genuine dislike or something much lighter than that?
Unique city is Melbourne. Home is home, but I prefer Melbourne to Sydney anyday. Really enjoy Melbourne whenever I go there.
I think Melbourne is the only Aussie city that has a real vibe about it. Not sure why.
Perhaps it developed a strong sense of individuality etc from basically having its own football code which is so strongly supported by its residents etc.. That, along with the multiculturalism perhaps. How would I know?...lol. Very interesting I think.
