Hillside is 100's of kms from P Hill, so there are no pit boundary optimisation synergies.

My thoughts on the equipment synergy is around the Hillside mine buying new equipment vs moving 2nd hand equipment from P Hill that has a known mtce history and usage. If OZL was developing Hillside, I would have thought that the income from OZL selling the equipment would be less that the expense of purchasing equipment for the Hillside mine.
