    It's back to where I started buying three weeks ago .02, .019, .018 i.e. before the last two good announcements. The market doesn't believe there really is a firm prospect of financing.

    Traders will exit now that there's seems to be no chance of a run. Price will be back to .18 as predicted above is my guess.
