yeh I think you are right that as charts would support, buying will be in 1.9 cents to 2 cent range until JV announcement...doubt it will get back to 1.8 cents unless we are talking months......

I should also point out that the announcement does not say the payment will be made in one lump sum at the end of 20 months (as a previous poster stated) but rather that PAYMENTS (note plural......) will be made over the COURSE of 20 months.....

This new CEO is about rebuilding credibility and so far done nothing wrong in my books, and don't believe he would make such an announcement unless it was very firm.....

Conclusion this stock is a better buy offering better potential than a week ago with quite a bit of news given in the latest announcement which makes it worth more than than the mere 5% jump in share price of 1.9 cents from the 1.8 cents it was trading a week ago prior to the announcement.
