Another hidden gem?

It appears that there is some downward pressure of SP but all the fundamentals look good.

SP is close to Book Value (24 cents)
ROE is okay (around 15%)
P/E is under 7.5 (based on current SP & last earnings of 3.68)

It is certainly starting to look good especially if it meets its expectations.

This is one worth watching and I will be buying on any further weakness (or if I have some spare cash lying around).
