This whole issue exemplifies the reason MMS will always be under the cloud of past threats of changes the FBT concession regime. Be it either actual threats, or investors do not fully understand the issue and will err on the side of caution.
Either way, a real or imagined threat, it is a black cloud hanging over the stock. The current stock price does not fully reflect this concern.
