It would be easy for ADY to go with Cometals if they simply wanted a sales contract but as Phil stated several times before, He believes he will get a much better price negotiating outside of Cometals or selling at spot.
In a recent email he said that potentially the US pipe coaters may pay over 50% more than Cometals.
Believe me the delay will be wothwhile as Phil has exceptional negotiation skills. If he can negotiate his salary to 480K per year then he can probably negotiate anything better than Cometals has to offer.
