sure is, they say "rents have not fallen in face on increased supply" and dont expect too.
more importantly how will falling rents (which your experts are saying they wont) impact on Aspen's tenants that have to pay the rent regardless of market rates. Wont have an impact until lease renewal negotiations, in a few years and by then i'd say supply will be very limited due to the glut of development we are experiencing.
your gettting wrapped up in the doom and gloom and not seeing the opportunities today - such as buying a company at 40cents (or less) that has NTA over $1.10 and sound balance sheet etc etc.
enough said on this i think, lets see were the share price is at in 6, 12, 24 months as that my min investment horizon.
