Firstly understanding that fibs come from a set of numbers which relate to nature itself.
knowing that the principle is found throughout nature and assuming you relate to the movements of the market as nothing but ups/downs built on sentiment and other psychological hurdles then you can appreciate that the movement of markets is nothing more then a living or natural thing.
I dont use them as you would if you plot them for a retracement level but more looking at the bigger picture. using the lines for areas of strength and weakness.
