    Sorry i agree with SWARBY on this one not that my opinion means much.Why arent the conditions of the t/o that sdl want dropped or changed ,released to the shareholder.SDL arent the only company on the stock market to be quilty of this,but i guess that is why they are spec stocks,they keep you speculating.A bit more info would be nice.
