Thats fine-I dont understand the constant need to come into the property forum then? Go spend your money and be happy-why do you bears feel the need to participate in this forum if you have no interest in property and dont want to take on debt? One way or another either the bears will be right or the bulls will be, but the constant dribble from the bears does little for people who activly are interested in property investing.
How about identifying some investment oportunities, or some strategies you are using for wealth creation? Do you have any? Simply nay saying and repeating the 'property will crash' mantra contributes nothing at all constructive and should really be deleted as spam.
If you are so sure property is goign to crash great-come back in a year or 5 when/if it does and beat your chest about how right you were.
You generally cant buy a house without taking on debt...sooo why you here?
