Top of trading range 10 / 15c. Been in that range since Feb 21 which is a good technically
NOW:
50 DMA crossed above 200 DMA
MACD up
Volume not up as much as I would like today
Think this will break up on PREVENT news any day now.
Close at 15.5 will confirm up break, but on a bit more volume.
I would say its a buy today. Good luck
