To be fair, the ICE stats will use cars that are what 50 years old, many having NO maintence or backyard maintenance
It would be interesting to see how many ice vehicles that were manufactured in the last say 5 years catch on fire.
So you are comparing vehicle of the same vintage.
When you have an a fleet of EV's that are 25 years or older....see how many are catching on fire...that right EV's don't make it that because they are scrapped.
