re your comment about Centamin: having first bought in 2002 I can assure you they have had plenty of issues including a complete moratorium for c. 18 months thanks to a mining minister. It is only now that they are getting into their stride - around 8 years to get there!
Things rarely happen quickly in mining. Patience is always the name of the game.
