i did note that the new CEO had a sentence in her announcement regarding more frequent comms to market after August results being released so this is an acknowledgment that whilst they can’t announce everything as market sensitive they can do more and hopefully the CBI resolution will give the opportunity to be more public as appose to getting all comms reviewed by legal and then via CBI before publication.
let’s see what plays out with PE, you’d have to imagine that Sentenial Guys who took equity (9m shares) at $5 and Tom (circa 10m shares) would be against any bids that are not in that vicinity
$100m cash on the balance sheet can either fund a buy back of 10% of shares (circa $36m) or they can go buy more beat up companies. Eg Novatti is a $65m market cap B2B fintech company on a run rate of $40m
revenue.
