    When OXX offered us a takeover last year in April, we were trading around 8 - 9 cents. OXX was around 30 - 35 cents.

    Now OXX is around 52c.

    Maybe we should have all accepted its offer. Oh well too late now.

    I definitely see synergies of a OIP-COI tieup.
