I will now throw a cat amoungst the pigeons.

currently I believe there are approx 1 bil PRR shares.

10% = 100 mil
5% = 50 mil
so...37.5 mil = 3.75%

Now...under the ASX rules I believe that a company only has to inform the sharemarket of anybody holding 5% or more of shares...as well as directors holdings.

Recently PRR went to 14 cents with a volume of 100 mil. This means that 100 mil were sold and 100 mil were also purchased.
So..is it possible... and I believe that BNYM can legally do it as a broker house...that they may have already purchased 37.5 mil shares from 14 cents to 16 cents and are now waiting...waiting ...waiting for the NASDAQ listing. We probably don't know as under the ASX rules this is below the 5% notification requirement. If they have then they are sitting on a nice little profit if PRR shares are...say...25 cents at the time of the NASDAQ listing

I suppose we can only wait and see.
