brainybull...the following is from an email response I recieved from MR on the 5th of May this year:
"The shares won't be purchased by BNY until we are deemed effective by the SEC to trade on the NASDAQ and this will be done on a 30:1 ratio. Keep in mind the whole point of a NASDAQ listing is to encourage investors from the US into Prima BioMed and around the CVac ovarian cancer vaccine and this is a 12-24 month process once we are listed on the NASDAQ."
