Well the first question is "shorter version of WHAT OTHER THREAD?" That info is crucial if anyone is going to add some sensible commentary.

On first reading (of what we've got) it makes sense, except that one might think that Centro may not have the $$ to buy back.

Then, postulating laterally, perhaps someone else could buy it back?

Then I would be thinking about the buying bots that have been around for weeks ...

But, to be truthful, this is just speculation and doesn't warrant any attention.
