If I was centro management which Im not id be offering the smaller shops in the latest bundle to the tenants as an opportunity to buy their own shops real estate run by a body corporate managed by Centro. Pay rent to yourself. Bet there would be a lot of takers and not a buyers market at the institutional level. large numbers of signed contracts would be a big turn on for the bankers. They might be able to lend the tenants the momney-just a transfer to them,a better risk and higher interest eh?
Its a sharp call but if they did it it could well save all our investments.
