i agree Mads. The risk to earnings in my mind is on the downside and i have low confidence in management's ability to deliver the synergies & organic growth at the same time. They got sucked into doing that Skilled deal and given most don't have much skin in the game, they just let shareholders cop it and they continue to take nice salaries. There were so many other better businesses that PRG could have acquired, but Management just didn't want to listen and they went long in the wrong sectors in the wrong geography, that is unless you live in Perth, far far from PRG's core. That would be the CEO right. The board as usual just lets its all drift along. what a sorry state of affairs. Instos must be spewing.
