With the BARDA grant of 231 million and with nearly 80 million in the bank ,that effectively gives BTA a value of
$1.82 with 170 million shares on offer .
That really makes me wonder what is going on with BTA as its current sale price of $1.35 is 50 cents under its cash value , can someone please explain ?
