I have various observations about the present situation:

Firstly, Harry Boon seems to have far too many other things on the boil to give PPX the attention it deserves. Secondly, I am appalled that he has so few shares - it suggests to me that he has no 'business nous',(I have bought (for me)a lot of the shares, and I also have a few of the hybrids, because I see it as a really good bet). Thirdly, any board that would give the slightest respect to a preposterous 9 cent offer is a real worry.
Fourthly, I have always firmly believed that there is a stack of real assets in this company: and I am certainly not the man to play Father Christmas to any PE mob. (I have made a bit of a specialty of 'fallen angel' shares over the years).
