Agree, my understanding is 100% of Wodjina will be transfered into a (PTY LTD) JV entity. Upon transfer ALB will pay MIN (not the JV entity) $1.2 bill in cash for its 50% stake in that JV entity. MIN will own 50% of the JV entity, therefore 50% profits will flow from the JV entity back to MIN share holders, likewise for ALB.
Though, potentially a capital gains tax event for MIN, I understand they purchased the deposit for ~$100 mill. Not sure if they can use $ already spent on developing project to reduce CGT.
