    But the rights issue closed as of CLOSE OF TRADE yesterday. It would be pointless now to keep the share price low or at around these levels.

    That's why I believe something is fishy - unless people are planning on selling their rights and keeping their options only, to ultimately have no risk.

    Or have I got this completely wrong?
