In the last annual report FNT had 3401 shareholders. If only 25% of these holders took up their full $15,000 entitlement FNT would receive about $12,750,000 in applications. The share purchase plan clearly says FNT will raise a "maximum" of $8.5 million. The way I see it, the lower the share price the greater the chance of getting an oversubscription at 23c because more people will forfeit. So I expect some down ramping, there probably has been already but I haven't seen it. Love that ignore button....haha.

If the share price rises those hoping to top up cheaply will be toast, they will have to buy on market. A real game of cat and mouse unfolding here IMO. The wild card is good news from one of FNT's projects. One good announcement and I think the chances of oversubscription shares are finished. I'm betting Peter M is a pretty smart guy and he has an announcement in the pipeline somewhere, if so then 25.5c is looking good.

It will be interesting to see how this pans out.
