As SARAGIAN would say, lets look at the known knowns and unknown unknowns ...

Over 20 million 20 cent Options are set to expire on 30th June, the last trading day being this Friday (25th June). Should they all be converted, HOR get $4.24 million along with some serious dilution to shareholders.

Investmet agreed to 15 million shares at 27.5 cents to raise $4,125 million. Obviously they knew about the Options.

IMO there are some back room deals going on here. Not necessarily good or bad, but damaging to the SP and company profile...

Shareholders have a right to know what is going on with OUR company and all such information (speculative as it may be) needs to be disclosed. Even just some communication regarding our languishing SP would be appreciated. Might be time to make a phone call me thinks.

I too would like to know if the placement price of 27.5 cents is locked in. I guess shareholders voted for it at the AGM so if there is any fine print it should be there...
