Hi Posters- Could we turn it into a positive( or at least as best as we can if it is a t/O offered at a low price) if major holders resist I know Mcq got in early at low prices but seem to recall they also bought more & on mkt at higher than SP is ATM.A few stocks I've held in the past which were subject to T/o e.g Normandy got a better outcome by holders hanging tough. Ah we can but speculate. Depends on strength of directors too I would think- & this present mob seems to be as weak as p[r]iddle
