I'm in this one for the long term and very disappointing to see it snatched from before our noses. This is even before the first full year profit as a listed entity. May investors would wait for the first full rear result before making a decision to invest or not. So the shareprice does not reflect these potential investors.

I'll be voting NO.

But usually that makes no difference. There will those in there for the short term gain. And don't hold your breath for any watchdog (meow) to take an interest. This is normal.
