Agree about the potential for further gains. I liked the August 2 presentation and while I am usually wary of positive spin, the anecdotal evidence in favour of MIS416 being effective (via 7 years of existing usage in NZ's compassionate use programme) -- as well as a significant proportion (~80%) of patients asking to continue treatment with MIS416 beyond the present trial -- appears to augur well for a positive trial result. Possibly a very positive result.
