Price action?

I'm not a chartist but I am curious about the SP  and the number  who are still interested in this Company. Seems to me that the buyers are willing to take a punt that  lawyers would be kicking and screaming to save themselves.  
Never known a lawyer to not to act in his own interest.
In other words, I cannot imagine that this company is about to go under without all the legal eagles doing their best to protect their own interests with copious amounts of legal challenges an arguments that one can imagine.

Just my thoughts though.
