    Hi Voost, although current share holder may get a huge dilution, but they will never get to 0%, more like 99%dilution with 1% left for current shareholders. Once SGH returns to profitability, banks will want to exit either through share repurchases, and maybe recoup also through sale of their share holdings. But if SGH don't turn it around, banks are in a worst position holding equity compared to Debt. So I don't see the dilution to the extent of wiping out current shareholders completely, banks will want to hold on to debt as much as possible, unless other options offer them more flexibility.
