Sorry @bbdrf, Global ranking of 3M isn't that great. In general a 1M global ranking, ~300 vistors /month. My background is building websites that are focused on sales online (https://www.neocreative.com). Considering that you generally get a 1% -3% conversion rate from eyeballs to action, you need around 30,000 - 40,000 users per month to really be pulling marketable revenue after cost.
I'd estimate that they're currently sitting around 100 visitors / month, of which 20 are probably non-convertible investor traffic. with a 1% conversion rate that's 1 sale / month, which is hardly anything to get excited about.
I'd expect that they're working on getting to a critical mass of properties on the system before doing some kind of property-investor focused ad campaign over Facebook. Without getting past the critical mass of properties on the site, initial users will bounce off pretty quickly when they can't find what their looking for and you'll do brand damage.
