Theoretically property businesses thrive in market downturns as there are more houses entering the market which need to be bought and sold.
Also it'll be interest to see if the buying action on PCH continues with the recent bloodbath across the entire market. Personally, I don't think so. May see some selling. At the end of the day people will do what they do to protect the capital. But it'll be interesting to see how this affects PCH and our sales. Majority of our potential sales seems to be only in Dubai. Will some see this as a safe haven?
