Pretty strong price action on very low volume, judging on comments here I doubt many will add greatly to the sell side anytime soon.

No doubt take some time to build the inertia but a break above 24c would signal conclusion to the base building and likely to attract further buying interest as it consolidates the next range.

Important thing is sentiment has swung from deeply negative to maybe neutral/verging positive and selling pressure largely dried up. A little substantiation might travel a good way from here.
