Market wants partnerships / deals or even just a MOU. CDP site work commencement is within market expectation and it's just a matter of time. The project delay and budget increase were not a surprise either.There's nothing changed here, fundamentals wise and technical wise. If SP can't stay above $1.30 resistance, it will go back to $1.1 and fill the gap. 90c is first target assuming there's no news. HZR's SP has been very predictable. People need to remember that bounce back does not mean trend reversal.
