I listened the interview, here is what he said
" The 100-tonne per annum commercial demonstration plant may give way to a few-thousand-tonne per annum initial small commercial plant. Then
hopefully we can target 5, 10 and 20-thousand-tonne-per-annum plants in the second and third generation."
it is still a demo plant. Not sure if there will be commercial plant eventually. I don't have confidence in him. at the time he was interviewed, he already sold 1/3 of his holding, he didn't mention it at all.
