I think the concern relates to engineering challenges mentioned in the update. Any reports of these being resolved? Similar reports sunk the SA Water project for 14D as they couldn’t prove it was scalable for their wastewater plant. I think they might be trying to salvage some of the project at reduced function compared to the original plans.
If the engineering issues are resolved then full steam ahead.
