In the video on the Hydrogen News thread, apparently from 18 May (?) Geoff Ward states:
- CDP project expected to run for two years; and
- 80% through detailed design phase.
On the first point, given the cost of construction and that they are currently flaring the gas produced by the water treatment process, I'm surprised at the short operational time frame, especially if it does produce useful quantities both hydrogen and graphite.
On the second point, (obviously these things can't be rushed but) I have been waiting and hoping for an update that the detailed design is complete, especially given the site works have commenced, as well as other procurement activities.
