most of us here probably wonder.. to who's advantage the SP supression would give.

I have come to the conclusion that it is a party or partys wanting to get their hands on the Hazer Tech.
Capital raising value is gauged against your SP , the lower value reducing the amount you are able to raise.
With this funding limited , Hazer 'Hydrogen' commercial demonstration plans are lessened and
could've steered us into an MOU that gave away our choice of direction.

If this assumption is correct management have done well in striking an agreement with Perth Water.
Financing and owning the commercial prove up without any cap. dillution. Should I say 'So Far' as
the deal with Perth Water is still to be finalised. If I am correct once the funding is sorted the
manipulation of the SP should not be as consistent and in turn more buyers would be attracted.
