The latest notice shows that MIN ceased to be a substantial holder yesterday, which left them with 6,846,418 shares which is a bit more than that which was sold off market today. It must be MIN, and it seems that by waiting until they had sold down below a 5% stake, the new holder will not have to declare themselves to be a substantial holder. In other words, it seems to be structured so as to conceal the identity of the new holder.
