That is the manipulation , in trying to interest (tight fisted) holders in trading their shares.
IMO the market depth chart is continually 'dressed' to create some semblance of a market.
This 435k sell is a prop if still there at the end of the day.
What intrigues me is the manipulation stops around the 30 cent mark, it could easily be run down
further due to minimal volumes and Gaps in the depth. ?
