Well they have the option to buy the shares at that price, its not quite free, you can buy shares cheaper atm than most of those exercise prices, its not performance shares that are handed out with easily met goals or free oppies traded on the market.
A NED, CHAIRMAN & CEO bought some shares at 30c at the end of December which was a vote of confidence.
I did a bit of reading last night going thru old ANN's and the Co has done quite a bit considering issues with Kemplant early on, trying to get the PPP up and running, Plus the dump by Mac equity followed by poor market sentiment with EV minerals in 18 hit shareholders hard.
