Latest prediction on COVID 19 is that if it catches hold in any country then there will be a 2 month hiatus with closed schools and offices and everything on an essential work situation only. Sort of like January in Australia only for 2 months.
Theoretically this should just be a relax and wait situation on the sharemarket. It wont be, I think it will mean a selloff and those in cash will benefit on the inevitable up tick. There is no rule you have to hold stock as a show of loyalty. Especially when you can buy them cheaper in a short time in the future. It is what it is. All this sweating about a downturn is hot air. It's an opportunity.
