Keeping the price action assessment simple and looking beyond the day to day action, I would suggest that at this stage we could at the very least say that the downward momentum from the August highs has been arrested. This was brought about by Monday's price surge.
For those (like me) with a charting bent, there is a possible ascending triangle in the process of being built. Even so, breaking through and staying above $4.05 would definitely sway the odds to the beginning of a new uptrend.
