Interesting. I think the opposite. They are isolated communities and could choose to stay put and hence effective quarantine. Australia well placed to contain the situation so far. Overseas mines obviously could be quarantined rather than closed so it's a choice but keeping people out and testing effectively when they return is the way to go. Hopefully they have figured this into their strategy to keep working.
