Is it because the indications from V1 gave SB a boost and
if so, why isn't the boost being shared by EGO?

I'd say it's because EGO was only .7c beforehand and had further to fall.. Some EMR holders might be hoping for imminent Palito results to recoup losses. I'm weighing up whether to wait for Palito or not to get back in.
